GRCU had one nice run 2 years ago. The PPS has been declining since then and the RS by Joe Tragresser, GRCU CEO, resulted in major dilution for any common shareholder. Other than MJ and MMJ being rescheduled from 1 to anything else, I don't see how or why GRCU PPS would go up.
