Has been almost 20 weeks since Chris Tesarski mumbled the words
"final review" on those filings of Teco. No word on why it's taking so long.
He could atleast tell us he misplaced his reading glasses or something. DTL tells us about $ that someone either ran off with or spent in a poor manner, could we possibly deduce that the filings would tell us a story?
