8 year run time on NAFTA from Clinton signing, 15 year retooling project of the Elites play started end of GH Bush term.
Real Estate Bubble 2004-2006, Puts the shit hitting the fan at 2008...right on time...and stabilized by the end of 2009. Not pretty but stabilized...
I would have to say it was...Clinton that was asleep at the wheel.
