Two QUESTIONS: 1) Is or has any individual or entity with TPAC ties (CEO, board members, consultants, or ANY other insider or relative of an insider) engaged an Market Maker/Brokerage (VNDM, VFIN, etc) to sell shares? 2) Are there any notes or other debt being converted by debt-holders or note-holders presently or in the recent past?
