Looks like someone with a large holding who sold too much just made an attempt to get cheap shares.
28M appeared on an undercut ask at .0005 - exactly balancing the 28M on the bid at .0004 - to see if anyone would sell at .0004.
The person doing that would still make a profit on any .0005s bought on the ask.
When it didn't work, ATDF moved back up to .0007.
Seen that trick many times before on slow days.
