What shareholder in their right mind would consider selling CTIX now? None unless they were in desperate straits. Lots of wash trades used to keep the price down, simulate selling and lower the FINRA short percentage at the end of the day. Looking forward to Leo dropping the bomb on these SOB's who consider themselves successful when they are able to entice an investor to sell at a loss. Go CTIX!!!
