Completing audits is one of the priorities driving our reorganization. We have every intention of each business audit being completed in a timely
fashion and once completed, re-registering with the SEC and immediately up listing to the OTCQB. As our business grows, we do plan to up-list further as we meet the criteria of the big boards.
