Great article by John Archer on the basics of HDR. Although we have been delayed from original projected time of availability NTEK is still very much going to be a huge provider of HDR. NTEK has finished a new set of algorithms to allow us to take the entire library and render it in HDR this summer to provide even better UHD/HDR experience on movies that 4K Studios masters.
While Amazon's move into subscription model is very welcome as it gives rise to competition with Netflix , UltraFlix will focus on quality and VOD, where we are second to none. Recognition of UF quality will in turn put us more and more in demand as we gain those who are 4K perfectionists let alone the streaming in HD being lower then any of the competition.
