You're definitely right about his reputation suffering if it doesn't come. I hope you're right that they file it.
I'm just not able to fully able to trust him yet because they filed an 8K saying the merger 8k would come not less than 71 days after that 8k was required to be filed, and we're still waiting for it.
Then again, they didn't have to put out the PR last week, and they didn't need to give us a timeframe. So I'm just hopeful they stick to it.
