No, the MRVB hasn’t been approved. The USA FR has been working with the BDG to complete the SLA for TPAC Australia.
Several shareholders have asked about dilution. IR does not receive updated information on share structure. IR has requested this information from the transfer agent and we will report our findings in 72 hours.
