Can someone please help me with this. I don't have any of this in front of me.

I recall seeing in the Q4 2015 report, Ntek shares that were issued or compensated to a individual, employee or company.
I don't recall the amount of shares issued, I think it was 725 hundred thousand or million that was issued to Royal Capital.
My question is this connected to the convertible note that they are talk about.
And if it is 725 million shares, can they at any given time retire those shares at a set price.
I wasn't sure and something to think about..... Just in case the so call Proxy and R/S is a smoke screen for the shorts !!!
