Bill is busy growing the business, which is imperative for future pps movement. Bill will chime in on the topics of discussion that IR is not allowed to discuss, such as AVIC, BOEING, etc..
The fact that Bill chose a FR to handle finances, and a professional IR group to handle the mass flux of emails & tweets from OTC investors speaks as if we were invested in a big board company.
