DU being a wholly owned subsidiary of DUTV would have to be explained in more detail...as well as TORQ Inc being a wholly own subsidiary of DUTV.
as there are several varieties of Torq/Torque...
However I have only found 1 Digital Utilities Inc as a private US company. There are some other flavors out there of Digital Utilities and one Emirate Holding Company with expressed stake in Digital Utilities Inc.
