Why not allow mods to ban those who's only purpose it to disrupt our boards?

Admin is too busy to handle our requests, which is understandable, as I've sent several emails lately to oust some jerks and nothing is happening, it used to, but that has stopped.

Agoracom allows their Hub Leaders to ban accounts, it works well, and if a mod on iHang abuses the authority, remove their mod position.

The BLTA Board has ihub dive bombers all the time, we need to get rid of them immediately....mods can do that, admin does not have the time.

Hey, mods work for free....get er done please!
