NTEK actually will not be at a Higher Valuation when You compare the new amount of shares issued to us.

The share amount will be lower and thus the same market Cap.

Any stock that I have owned in the past always comes out this way.

Except one which I own no shares in....Quite a few Years ago.

I sold them = MSTR.
