Yeah! I guess somebody just had a $1.40 sitting around and decided to buy 280 shares. And just by coincidence another person needed $1.40 so he sold those shares.

If you don't believe the prices are manipulated, all you need to do is watch L2 for about 20 minutes. They don't even try to hide it any more by doing logical trades.
