Thanks.. DanH sent me a PM that said "Outstanding Non Restricted" is the legal term for float. If thats the case then it jumped from 1.98b to 2.99 billion.
But I have no idea if thats the case. I dont think its the float but then again Dan seems pretty smart. Hopefully IR can clear it up
