I don't think there is any binding leak out agreement in place. They haven't filed their 10K, they haven't filed their registration statement, they don't look like they are going to meet the June 6 deadline for the annual meeting, etc., etc., etc. AMBS has breached every obligation it has from the last round of agreements.
Someone dumped 700K shares yesterday afternoon. I think that signaled to all of the toxic holders that dumping is now fair game. And this morning, it continued.
