If / when VFIN moves above .0010 in the coming days, I anticipate that there will be less than 20M at each level initially on uptick - just enough for one new person to grab a reasonable amount.
Provided there is a decisive slap at each level - any people tempted to flip won't put anymore up. Otherwise perhaps 40M>50M per .0001 rise.
A .0010 breakout could happen very quickly on just a few people buying 20M from here on up over the next few days / weeks.
