Good to have that re-confirmed. An LOI is a non-binding contract (in most points), but it's good to see they are still hopeful. Nothing above $10M can be approved, however, until the Shelby obstruction is resolved and another Ex-Im Board Member can be confirmed by the senate, enabling a quorum.
