I assume everyone has read the SEC allegations against Barry Clare. I would suggest it is a good idea to also read every Answer and Affirmative Defense by Barry Clare to the SEC. It is a pretty interesting read.
It was not as complicated to read as I originally thought. Just load both the March 15 and April 19 (OIP) Documents. Continually switch back and forth between the two, so you understand which of the 32 paragraphs is being referenced.
Finally, the Document concludes with these 4 Defenses:
