Part of my justification for this investment relies on my similar belief that Foley & Co are hard-nosed realists who will not go down w/o a fight.

Also, I had never seen D Foley's resume before - there is a reason why NTEK is doing business with Fortune 500 companies, and why they are keeping his ideas close.
