I wrote, yesterday, that I had inquired of Muse why they had been so quiet. I got a response late yesterday evening; time stamp was 11:32 PM ET. Here is what they wrote (my inquiry, which they included, is in bold):
Interesting to know that both Boeing and AVIC are "off limits" for Muse. These are Bill's domains, exclusively, and this must have been a condition that Muse had to agree to.

Answer:
IR is currently not allowed to tweet on Boeing and AVIC. This is directly handled by CEO Bill McKay. Most of the information transmitted to IR is for the reconstruction efforts. BDG and USA FR are all working together to get the SLA in place. Until they resume more of the day to day operations, no one is reporting a lot of information.
