It can be looked at either way. If HJOE is going for the jugular or visa versa, and the first session showed no movement, this could be a simple phone call stating settlement cannot be reached and trial is requested. Then we get all of the juicy discovery and probably argument later this year or early next. Delays everything for sure. OR, it could simply be a settlement conference call ending the matter, which leave the door open for HJOE hiring an auditor and filing late summer or fall. Got to be one or the other. I'm not sure which way I'm leaning now as I'd like to see KBM, and their stooges on IHUB beaten this time.
