Furthermore I think that maybe the $50M loan was to build & furnish a factory in Australia, get a production line sample design/created to try and acquire the certain certifications/specifications for the subs. Kind of like certifications/specifications for NAVAIR. After all, we are $20M in the rears because of the NAVAIR qualifications.
