I believe that Bill (and possibly other TPAC Management) have told TPACMuse to do a better job. My guess is that they are paid for service, so firing them outright may be a money loser for us, so I think it's worth it to try to fix it if there is already a sunk cost.
At any rate I'm sure I'm not the only one who raised concerns over specific inflammatory tweets, and the general unprofessional nature of what was happening on TPACMuse, so my hope is that they are in the process of fixing/replacing that information vehicle.
And it is nice to see straight forward information from Bill. I understand an approve of him stepping away from the IR role, but I'm glad he is still being a voice of the company.
