LOL! All this guy has done on the surface is provide false hope and stroke shareholders. I've heard all too many times that he is "TECO'S savior". Then there is the soliciting of shares to complete filings which are still pending months and months later. If he is working on TECO for the sake of a recovery then any progress is definitely being held close and tight lipped. Contact information has been provided in the past but IMO the answers continue to be "additional stroking".
