LOL! Neither Asher or KBM have ever been prosecuted in New York or any other state for violating the Usury laws. They have hundreds of loans - ignoring the facts won't make them go away.
It is just more wishful thinking, similar to the millions HJOE was going to get from PLN and we all know that didn't work out very well.
In the PLN case HJOE failed to deliver the requested documents during discovery.
KBM will ask to see the HJOE financials records during discovery - and that will be when the fun starts.
