What is it we're missing here, I believe we will come out on top but how have they been getting away with this for so long. I get that many companies don't have the cash to defend this, but they've been getting away with it for a long time. I have no doubts that our lawyers are on top of this but never the less the courts have been letting them do it. Pisses me off, our court system is crap
