If scrc rids itself of the Ironridge situation I believe this will get a lot better. May 17th is indeed important. We ll know that scrc went to IR and thought they had an iron clad settlement for 1.4m as reflected in q1. If you look at the timing thats probably why the stock lifted from .03 to .05 relatively quickly would be a guess. I am not a legal expert but it seems to me that someone from IR did sign off on this and likely Kirkland later said I do not want this and reneged. IF this dilemma is put to rest it will go a long way to putting this company in a good spot.
IMHO the company is making $$$$$ as they paid 269k to IR for legal fees and paid off someone else in Florida for 285k and settled. They are paying 65k per month for 18 months for the preferred deal of .175 which is very far away. They bought another pharmacy in Alabama for 725k. In georgia they signed a 3 year lease for PIMD for 3500 a month. My point they are getting $$$$$ from somewhere.
Remember THERE ARE NO MORE NOTES!!!!!! NO MORE CONVERTS!!!!! OK THE .05 LIKELY MUCH WAS SOLD ALONG THE WAY SO A GUESS UNDER 10M LEFT. This deal has 145m shares at .03 thats 4.5m market cap with a clean deal meaning no more notes or converts. They are doing or did 30m in 2015 as see all the filings and figure it out. so 1/6 sales that is cheap. Even if they flatten out and make some cuts I see no reason why they can not make a .01 or .02 at 10x or 15x approx.
I will not comment on ESI as I look for the company to go into more detail than the 8k.
Bottom Line: may 17th looms and will be very important to scrc.
