it seems to me that the big miner through MSJ and perhaps side by side or even on top of the letterhead sent BGL a cease and desist letter,

I doubt BGL will exist much longer on the exchange, I doubt they will be granted a RS, I more expect them to be delisted or be suspended,

It looks like they lied to the SEC in Canada and they had to back peddle very quickly on those claims appeals and tactics,

I have a feeling BGL lawyers and accountants put their foot down on BGL top brass

I look for a power press release every day now from MSJ and out big boy miner, BGL looks for a place to hide

just look now, BS trades are getting busted, no doubt those that are placing those under bid trades are being questioned on stock manipulation
