We are never going to receive billion dollar offers no matter how good our revenues look unless management starts acting like a real company.

The fact that we have not submitted registration documents to the SEC in four years is frankly pretty terrifying. That combined with the fact we are not audited means that any company that looks at us with think that our numbers a full of it.

We have a good product, but we are not going to hit it big until management realizes that this is a public company, and it needs to start acting like it. We need a chief compliance officer and a CFO at least.
