I would sell you some of mine but I am holding out for much higher. I agree with you, this price will not hold once the earnings start to come out. Also if nobody is selling at .0001 then it is bound to jump up as people clamor to add shares.
I was happy to see that the due diligence worked for IFCR on the NJ company. When they found out the safety record was not going to help with the DOT rating of the company they backed out of the deal. The new regulations in place are hard to keep up with. You have to maintain your rating with the DOT. This is still considered a small trucking firm and the Govt is not going easy on anyone.
