It would be nice if they can put a smaller buyback plan in place .If they are putting 20% of everything into cash why not use 10% of the cash for buybacks.A steady long term program.It was very discouraging seeing the OS back up to 3.7B and then cancelling plans to address the problem .It feels like they are crushing the common share holder with this OS.A long term buyback program would go along ways right now .
