I'm not seeing anything on Pacer that would lead me to believe KBM or anyone else is dragging this out. If an extension was requested by KBM then a motion for extension would be file along with supporting brief, and Affidavits, but there is nothing on Pacer. No new court dates, no new mediation dates, no nothing. So I'm not really sure I understand how this is being dragged out.
