It could be tricky to prove in court. If there is a "imo", "imho" following it (the post) then everyone is entitled to an opinion...I looked at this previously for the same line of reasoning. In the end I figured the best way to beat them was to:
1/ delete my alias
2/ never visit there again
3/ warn others of their activity
4/ report them to the SEC with details(...and even though you may only get an "acknowledgement" of receipt from them, the more that take this approach, the more they're apt to take action...for me, now, I have made my stance with that site here enough...)
