If KBM continues to drag this out...they will be dealing with a GIANT by then.
Problem is...if SEC is expecting the Audited fins by end of 2016 and that is Hjoe's deadline the Kbm issue will be put to rest one way or another by then.
Remember, if Hjoe can prove for losses incurred by them by not filing on time causing major losses in investor confidence and potential investor $$$$.
this could back fire badly on KBM. I'm sure their people are talking to Hjoe people and vise versa.
