I'm disgruntled about them not filing an 8-K. Every picayune thing does not need an 8-K, but a $1M Licensing agreement? I think it's worthy. Without it, there is no documentation for new investors to verify. I'm also less than pleased about the payment system.... one quarter after the SLA is signed? We'll see. I understand that start-ups have no cash usually, but this feels less than certain to me. Ugh.
