Dusty. The emphasis is on getting SJR up and running and great progress is being made with that - as you can imagine, the effort required is huge to accomplish this from scratch in just a few months (April 29 announcement > by end-June selling on line)..
$INCC is only going to proceed with politically stalled legacy projects if market conditions are right at the time - they are constantly on the lookout for other opportunites for the time when eventually SJR has it's own ticker.
