Agree. Really, it wouldn't have to be much. They don't need to put any forward looking statements about business activity in it. Just say that they have completed the 10-k, and are working toward completing the audits for the rest of 2015 for TALK and UMS. Just a little assurance would go a long way toward stabilizing the pps.
