One payer
Cuts the bill by 2/3 or about 1 Trillion per year unless the Government wants to be a for profit network. Then 2 Trillion per year could go to pay off the 20 Trillion dollar national debt.
I suspect the insurance lobby would not like that...nor Democrat or Republican establishment that are on the gravy train.
