I'm not sure if I mentioned this here because its such a depressing thought...but I don't think they started working on the 8k until they filed the 10k on 4/15. If that is the case it could be a month or two before we see the filings. I'm just going off of benji's timeline for audit completion on scrubhub. He said a month to complete the second half of 2015 for UMS.

That doesn't include the 10Q that is also due for the last few months of 2015 for iTALK.

So maybe a month each...that would put us about June 15.

Then the first quarter 10q will also be late and will need to be done. That will be another month.

I have a bad feeling we won't see filings for a while.
