The monthly share count prior to the merger announcement tell me there is way too much volume for normal trading.
Its either debt conversion or naked shorting, but in going over the filings it does not sync up with debt conversion dates. So that leaves Naked shorting.
If TALK provides shareholders with a dividend all shares must be account for. Then we'll have a true SS in play.
Bring on the 8-K I say. I want to see shorts squirm.
