$TPAC Thanks, Jeff. I guess we'll have a better clue as to what they are, or more specifically what they are not, once we know what percentage each entity is receiving. For sake of argument(not accuracy), and to keep things easy, let's assume that TPAC USA gets 70% of the 1M. That leaves 300k left for TPAC AU. TPAC AU is going to need a percentage of that for overhead and to sustain operations, with some money set aside so the entity can have financial shelter, funds to expand, and a show of profitability. Anything leftover, could then theoretically go to Gardner, etc.
