Hydrogen Future Corporation ("HFC", previously known as A5 Laboratories, Inc., embarked on its mission with a name and business direction change in October of 2013. It negotiated a Letter of Intent to acquire Hydra Fuel Cell Corporation ("Hydra" which has patented and innovative hydrogen fuel cell technology.


Hydrogen Future Corporation started working with Hydra on October 14 to define a "Go to market" production plan for Hydra's unique HydraStax® fuel cells. Initial distribution of HydraStax® fuel cells will most likely be through established dealers previously identified by Hydra.


The transaction to acquire Hydra will complete as soon as HFC arranges production funding for Hydra. HFC expects to secure the requisite funding in early 2014. After the completion of the Hydra acquisition, HFC expects to acquire other compatible and accretive companies and technologies that enhance its offerings for a bright Hydrogen Future.
