$PNOW is about to become totally debt Free!
What is most important is this…The huge potential upside of a company that actually has cash to operate with rapidly decreasing liabilities. This is a company that at one point had upwards of $12M in liabilities. Now the company is down around $5M. The evidence of extremely slowed and limited dilution has been very visible over the last quarter. And now with the Company making its last and final payment, solidifies that the worse of the past several years is over. Melvin Pereira has really turned the Company around from this perspective; which doesn’t stop here.
Now with Expotur coming around the corner in the next week, the Company can possibly begin to quickly build a data base for the regions first premiere online travel agency… a major value add to any major online travel operator (i.e. Priceline, Expedia, etc). Even a ‘systems’ company like Google who has begun pushing toward online travel, would find a rapidly growing Company like PNOW and its online travel brand, Oveedia a very valuable find. But for microcap investors… the opportunity is more so prevalent now, being that all of the elements that usually kill a pinksheet’s company’s prospects for success have been eliminated. If PNOW successfully makes this final payment, shareholder confidence should soar!
