I haven't read all of the recent posts, but we can go back and forth about who was wrong, whether COR caused the problem and is responsible. However this does not stop fact that after the lawsuit, CRGP ran off and never answered the complaint. Say what you will, but not answering the lawsuit was the biggest screwup!
