Way too many traders in this stock for it to rise substantially and sustain major increases. It IS the OTC and many will sell hard into the news and "wait" for bigger news down the road limiting larger moves. This is the type of volatility $TPAC is trying to diminish with its systematic deliverance of news/updates. It will take time to "condition" the audience that they cant get in and out as the volume wanes and there is a slower, steadier climb as value becomes realized. Just the nature of the markets and stocks mired in OTC world.
