In the real world, would Dana-Farber have submitted a paper on Kevetrin for publication in a peer-reviewed journal, if the results were bad?

Of course not.
There are so many indications of possible success. I simply can't conceive of the idea that 3 drugs, for 4 (and soon to be 5) different indications, would ALL fail. Success for any one of those indications would put the share price far higher than it is now.
