I just Talked to IR: The R/S is definitely happening and tere is no stopping it from what I understood. NTEK has no "financial angel" as some here have concluded. They are going it alone and that means mush more dilution. This really sucks but it is the hard truth. Must be prepared to weather the storm. Revenues are our only savior people.
